# AHT Portal — Submit Request (Chrome Extension) — Privacy Policy

This extension is for internal use by AHT staff only. It is not distributed publicly and is not used by, or intended for, members of the public.

## What it collects
– **Your AHT Portal login session** — the same staff login token your browser already stores when you sign in to staff.aht.org, cached locally so the extension knows you’re logged in.
– **Your staff name and email** — as already shown in your AHT Portal account, used only to identify who is submitting a request.
– **The current page’s title and URL** — of the tab you have open when you use the extension, to pre-fill “which page is this about.”
– **A screenshot of the current tab** — taken only when you click the extension icon, to attach to your request.

## What it does not do
– It does not track your browsing history.
– It does not run on any site other than staff.aht.org, portal.aht.org, and aht-new.lovable.app.
– It does not log clicks, keystrokes, or mouse activity.
– It does not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
– It does not use your data for advertising, credit, or lending decisions.

## Where the data goes
Everything collected is sent only to AHT’s own request-submission system (staff.aht.org) when you submit a request. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
